Qing Liu

Qing Liu is currently the lab director, principal scientist, and team leader at Delta Research Centre, Delta Electronics, where they lead research projects focused on advanced autonomous mobile robotic technologies. With over 20 years of research experience in areas such as optical physics and micro-nano photonic devices, Qing has published more than 100 papers in esteemed academic journals and conferences. They previously served as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics and chaired projects aimed at developing sensitive point-of-care platforms for disease detection, funded by the Singapore government. Qing was also awarded a prestigious JSPS Fellowship from the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science in 2011. They hold a PhD in Electronic Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, along with multiple degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
