Sean Boyce

Sean Boyce has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Sean founded NxtStep Consulting in 2009 and currently serves as the Founder. In 2014, they also founded StaffGeek, a company specializing in People Analytics. As a Chief Operating Officer at Delta Energy Services, Sean was responsible for various roles ranging from CTO to Business Development. Sean worked as a Software Engineer at both OnCourse Systems for Education and Datatrade Solutions Inc. In addition, they have held positions as a Software Engineer and Automation Engineer at Vanguard. Earlier in their career, Sean worked as a Network Engineer at Sunoco and a Systems Engineer at Comcast. Most recently, in 2020, they started a company called Podcast Chef, which offers full-service podcast management.

Sean Boyce has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State University.
