Joe Baumgarte

Joe Baumgarte is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer and Head of Connected Home Product and IoT Technology at Delta Faucet Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Allegion, PLC for nearly a decade, holding various leadership positions including Principal IoT Security Engineer, Pin & Tumbler Engineering Leader, and Innovation Team Leader. Joe also has extensive experience from roles at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, Raytheon, and Delphi, focusing on systems engineering and electronic lock development. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
