Michael Trueblood

Michael Trueblood is a seasoned Chemical Process Engineer with extensive experience in the metal finishing and automotive industries. Currently employed at Delta Faucet Company since April 2016, Michael provides technical and operational support for Delta Finishing Operations and is involved in engineering and installation projects for new multi-finish hoist lines. Prior to this role, Michael served as Plating Manager at Flex-N-Gate, where responsibilities included managing plating operations and achieving significant cost reductions. Michael's earlier career includes positions as Corporate Director of Plating and Plating Manager in Mexico, as well as a tenure as a teacher at Fountain Central High School, where notable contributions included developing college preparatory classes and coaching various academic and athletic programs. Michael holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Ball State University.
