Ryon R. is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Sr. Director of FP&A at Delta Faucet Company since December 2001. With a strong background in strategic planning and tactical decision-making, Ryon has held various roles including Controller of International Operations, where Ryon advanced Delta's global footprint by navigating market complexities across nine countries. Ryon's career trajectory includes significant contributions as a Sr. Finance Manager, leading business integrations, and as a Manager of Financial Analysis, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Educationally, Ryon holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is currently furthering studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
