Aimee Houtman

Aimee Houtman is an experienced manager with a strong background in customer experience and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of the RTV engineering team at DELTA Fiber since April 2024, Aimee focuses on ensuring an excellent customer experience for the technical platform. Previously, Aimee held roles at VodafoneZiggo as Product Owner for Customer Experience and Processes, overseeing the onboarding of new Ziggo customers, and as Manager of the System Capability team during the integration of Vodafone and Ziggo, enhancing capabilities across various departments. Additional experience includes management positions at Vodafone Netherlands, Dell, Alphyra, Getronics, and Knoworries, where Aimee demonstrated expertise in online sales, operations, project management, and business development.
