Justin Balderrama

Justin Balderrama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and survey management. Currently serving as General Manager and Business Development Manager at Delta Field Services, LLC since February 2023, Justin has previously held key leadership roles at R-Squared Global from March 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Vice President of Field Operations, Field Operations Manager, and Survey Supervisor. Additional experience includes serving as Survey Crew Chief at Wood Group Mustang, SAM Companies, Audubon Companies, and Gullett & Associates, Inc., each contributing to expertise in pipeline surveys, boundary and topographical surveys, and crew supervision. Education was completed at Cloudcroft High School.
