This multidisciplinary team, consisting of Health Coaches, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, and Wellness Account Managers, works collaboratively to design and implement personalized wellness programs. Their goal is to enhance health outcomes, support preventive care, and achieve significant cost savings by reducing the need for more extensive medical interventions.
