Sebastian Phua

Sebastian Phua is the Financial Lines Manager for Southeast Asia at Delta Insurance Singapore since November 2018. Before that, Sebastian worked as the Cyber Manager - Asia / Senior Underwriter at DUAL Asia from November 2013 to October 2018. Sebastian briefly held a role as the Financial and Casualty Lines Broker at J B Boda & Co (S) Pte Ltd in 2013. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction in Economics and Finance from RMIT University, as well as diplomas in Computer Forensics from Kaplan Higher Education Institute and Chemical Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic.
