Federico Nafi

Federico Nafi has an extensive work experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Federico started their career at Aviotrace Swiss SA as a Technical Training Collaborator from 2012 to 2016. Federico then worked at Neos Aerospace Technology as a Technical Communicator and Project Manager from 2012 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they co-founded and served as the Strategic Project Manager at beyond srl, specializing in communication and marketing strategies for aviation companies. In 2017, they also worked as an EASA Part 145 and CAMO Technical Services Engineer at Officine Aeronautiche Ghidotti.

Federico then took on roles at Italian Aerospace Network, where they started as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2017 and later became the Business Development Coordinator from 2017 to 2020. In January 2020, they assumed the role of Secretary General, responsible for promoting aerospace cooperation between Italy and international countries.

In 2018, Federico joined Wellwater as a Business Development Manager, focusing on sales, marketing, and new business development services for aviation, aerospace, defense, and advanced technology companies. Federico also worked at Boggi Aeronautics s.r.l. as a Technical Sales Representative and Business Development Manager, taking care of worldwide customer network and sales responsibilities.

Their most recent role is at Delta Interior Design Srl, where they are currently a Business Development Manager and Communication specialist, collaborating on cabin interiors for aircraft. Additionally, Federico is slated to join Kilpatrick as an International Client Manager in 2022, further expanding their expertise in executive search and people solutions.

Federico Nafi's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Public Management from the Università degli Studi di Milano, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Their field of study during this time was Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Federico then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Enterprise Start-up and Business Models from the Università degli Studi eCampus, starting in 2021 and anticipated to end in 2023. Their field of study for this degree is Business/Managerial Economics.

In addition to their business-related degrees, Federico also has a background in aviation and aerospace. Federico attended the Lindbergh Flying School from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained an Aeronautical Expert Technician Diploma. Their field of study at this school was Aviation and Aerospace. Federico also has a Student Pilot Certificate, which they acquired from E-Flight/Voghera-Rivanazzano Airport in 2009.

Furthermore, Federico participated in an exchange student program in 2009 at New Zealand Kamo High School, where they obtained a certificate for completing the program. The program focused on improving their English language skills.
