Paula Catalina Acuña Roncancio is an accomplished academic and engineer specializing in energy management and artificial intelligence at HOWEST University of Applied Sciences since October 2020. Currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Paula has extensive experience as a Senior Optical Engineer at Delta Light NV since January 2016 and has previously contributed as a doctoral researcher at KU Leuven, focusing on remote phosphor LED technology. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, a Master’s degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and an Electronics Engineering degree from the same institution.
