Bishoy Gamil

Bishoy Gamil's work experience starts in 2012 as a Maintenance Engineer trainee at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles, where they gained experience in spare parts maintenance and inventory management. In 2014, they worked as a Production engineer trainee at FRESH ELECTRIC FOR HOME APPLIANCES, focusing on production control and implementing quality control measures.

In 2015, Bishoy had two trainee roles: as a Production engineer trainee at Gorica Egypt Group for Industry S.A.E., where they worked on production process planning and collaborated with the design department; and as a Maintenance engineer trainee at Orascom Construction Ltd, learning how to diagnose and repair heavy machinery.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Production Engineer at Riad Group for Textile & Dyeing (Tiba), where they evaluated production rates, tracked customer orders, and collaborated with the Dyeing section.

Then, from 2017 to 2019, Bishoy worked as a Process Engineer at 3Brothers For Lighting & Engineering, responsible for process design, detail engineering, and creating process sheets. Bishoy also served as a Process Improvement Engineer, ensuring project progress and optimizing process engineering.

In 2020, Bishoy worked as an Industrial Consultant for a confidential company, where they assisted with project planning and developed industry-specific strategies and solutions.

Currently, since 2020, they are the Head of Manufacturing at Delta Lighting, overseeing manufacturing strategy, monitoring production capacity, and driving manufacturing programs to achieve optimal levels of safety stock. Bishoy also collaborates with the supply chain team to create annual production plans.

Bishoy Gamil obtained a General Certificate of Secondary Education with a focus on Mathematics from Saint Marcos School (SMS) during the years 1998 to 2010. Later, between 2011 and 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Production Technology at Modern Academy Maadi.
