Garrett Mintz

Garrett Mintz is the founder of Ambition In Motion LLC, a company dedicated to fostering mentoring relationships within organizations to enhance engagement, productivity, and retention through a proprietary matching algorithm and methodology. In addition to this role, Mintz contributes to multiple business publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal, Louisville Business First, and Austin Business Journal, focusing on leadership, performance, and objectivity in the workplace. Mintz also serves as a facilitator for horizontal mentorship programs at several organizations, including the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals, and the Chattanooga Regional Manufacturers Association, connecting executive members to promote performance improvement and peer support. Mintz holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
