John Santa Catalina has extensive experience in the field of service and engineering. John started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Electrical/Electronic Repair Specialist. After their military service, they worked as a Senior Field Service Technician at The Goodguys! Hayward Service Center, where they gained expertise in consumer electronic products. John then progressed to roles as a Senior Customer Engineer at Emerson Network Power/ Liebert Global Services and as an Industrial Field Service Engineer at Siemens Industrial Services Business Unit.
John'scareer in the power industry began when they joined Thomas & Betts Global Services as a Senior Field Service Engineer, responsible for installation, maintenance, and emergency services on Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) products. John continued their power industry journey at Toshiba International Corporation/ Industrial Division, where they served as a Senior Field Service Engineer, handling the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Toshiba UPS products.
John's leadership abilities were recognized when they joined Canara Inc. as the Director of Services. In this role, they developed procedures and set performance standards to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. John also worked as the Director of Field Services at IntelliBatt-DPMC, overseeing the field service operations.
John later transitioned to Delta Electronics (Americas), where they held multiple managerial positions. As the Sr. Field Service Manager- CISBU Service Head North America Region, John directed and oversaw customer service policies and initiatives. John established service level standards and implemented policies and procedures to enhance customer service delivery. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Manager- Field Service Head of North America Delta Electronics America Business Units, responsible for managing field service operations.

John Santa Catalina obtained their high school diploma in general education from St. Mary's College High School in the years 1985 to 1989. Following this, they enrolled in the United States Marine Corps Engineer School in Courthouse Bay Camp Lejeune, N.C. in 1990, where they earned a MOS 1142 Certification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Two years later, from 1996 to 1998, John attended ITT Technical Institute, acquiring an AAS degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. John then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014, which marked the conclusion of their formal education.
