Lars Rudnik has a comprehensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Lars started their career as an Assistant/Junior Brand Manager at Goldwell in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Lars then moved to RB Austria, where they held the positions of Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager from 1997 to 2001. Lars Rudnik's most recent role was as the Head of Marketing Health & Beauty Care at delta pronatura Dr. Krauss & Dr. Beckmann KG, where they have been working since 2001.

Lars Rudnik attended Kopernikus-Gymnasium Niederkassel from 1976 to 1985, where they completed their secondary education and obtained their Abitur. Following this, they pursued a vocational training as a Bankkaufmann at Deutsche Bank AG from 1985 to 1987. Lars then furthered their education at Universität des Saarlandes from 1988 to 1994, specializing in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, and ultimately earning a Diplom degree.
