Zhenxin （Ricky） Wang

Ricky Wang's work experience begins in 2019 as a Site Supervisor at NYH Home, where they supervised workers, subcontractors, and work activities, as well as assisted in coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment. In 2021, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at V&G Concrete Construction Pty Ltd, ensuring the concrete construction process met company standards and collecting quantitative data. Later in 2021, Ricky joined Delta Group as a Graduate Civil Engineer, where they assisted in resolving project issues, established OHS requirements on sites, and assisted with auditing processes. Currently, Ricky holds the role of Graduate Project Engineer at Delta Group, where they prepare induction forms, interprets architectural and structure drawings, manages project-related issues, and handles variation and cost tracking processes for site work.

Zhenxin (Ricky) Wang completed a Diploma of Business in Business Administration and Management, General at Navitas College of Public Safety in 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering at the University of Melbourne. Furthermore, from 2012 to 2016, Zhenxin earned a Bachelor's degree in urban planning and regeneration from the University of Liverpool.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Zhenxin also obtained two certifications. In May 2021, they acquired a construction induction card from WorkSafe Victoria. In June 2020, they obtained a driver license from VicRoads.
