Russell Lewis

Russell Lewis has extensive experience in software engineering and executive leadership. Russell began their career as a Software Engineer at Motorola in 2000 before moving to Ricardo in 2001 where they served as a Software Team Lead. In 2010, they transitioned to Delta-Q Technologies where they held various roles, including Director of Software Engineering and later Executive Vice President of Engineering. Russell'sresponsibilities have included project and team management, business development, technical reviews, safety analysis, and customer negotiations. With a background in embedded software, they have worked on automotive projects including engine control, hybrid systems, transmission, and in-car entertainment.

Russell Lewis attended the University of Warwick from 1996 to 2000, earning a BEng MEng degree in Electronic Engineering. Russell also obtained the Dare To Lead Trained certification from Dare to Lead™ Trained.
