Kim Nelson

Kim Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

From 1987 to 2007, Kim worked at the US Air Force in various roles, including Chief of Space Threat Assessment, PM (Career Acquisition Officer/Program Manager) and Chief of Space and Missile Systems Test Division. In these roles, Kim managed multi-million dollar projects, coordinated industry, government, and other agency responsibilities, and supervised complex weapon system design, development, and testing.

Since 2008, Kim has been working at Delta Solutions and Strategies. Initially, Kim served as the Business Director for the Southeast Region from May 2008 to February 2016. From March to December 2016, Kim worked as an Independent Consultant. Starting from January 2017, Kim held the position of Assistant Director of Business Development until March 2019. Currently, Kim is the Director of Business Development for the Southeast Region.

Additionally, Kim earned a Master of Arts degree in Military Operations and Art from Air University between 1999 and 2000. At DSMC in 1999, they attended but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
