Shaun Sauer

Shaun Sauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Requirements Analyst and Subject Matter Expert at Delta Solutions and Strategies since November 2023, Shaun previously held various key roles at Illuminate from October 2015 to October 2023, including Program Manager and Team Lead. Shaun’s background also includes positions at SAVA, LLC, L-3 National Security Solutions, Kingfisher Systems, A-T Solutions, and CRA, Inc., showcasing a strong focus on intelligence and targeting analysis throughout a progressive career. Shaun earned a Master of Science in Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Management from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
