Mary Benson

Mary Benson, CAP, currently serves as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Delta Utilities since April 2025 and previously held the same position at CenterPoint Energy from June 2001 to July 2025, providing critical administrative, clerical, and project support to the District Director and staff while managing confidential information and records. Earlier experience includes serving as Secretary for the Jackson Fire Department from 1996 to 2001 and as a Call Taker/Dispatcher for the Jackson Police Department from 1995 to 1996. Mary Benson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Art/Graphic Design from Jackson State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
