Connor Heard

Connor Heard is a Vice President at Delta-v Capital. Most recently, he was the Director of Strategy and Finance at Compass Professional Health Services, a leading provider of healthcare navigation software and services. While at Compass, Connor led the finance function and the strategic planning process. Previously, he worked at Mt. Vernon Investments, focusing on sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities across asset classes.

Connor received his M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, where he captained the rugby team.
