Carrie Lapka began their work experience in 2003 as a Graphic Designer at Grand Casino Hinckley. Carrie then moved on to become an Assistant Art Director at North American Membership Group from June 2004 to July 2005. Carrie continued their career at the same company and took on the role of Art Director for North American Hunter from July 2005 to January 2014. During this time, they also worked on other publications and handled layout design, production management, and visual content development. In 2014, Carrie joined Wunderman as an Art Director, where they collaborated with a team to implement a new style guide and creative process for the Best Buy weekly ad. Carrie conceptualized and oversaw the execution of layouts to address business and consumer needs. Carrie also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer from January 2004 to the present, and they are currently working as an Art Director at the Delta Waterfowl Foundation since April 2016.
Carrie Lapka attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Fine/Studio Arts, General.
