Primož Erjavec has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Primož co-founded DeltaHub in 2019, where they serve as the COO and is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals by fostering creative ideas. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Privise.io starting in 2017. From 2012 to 2017, Primož held various roles at PGD Ostrožno, including Vice President and Senior Management, where they were responsible for decision-making, project management, and organizing events for the firefighter department. In 2019, they joined United Group B.V. as a Product Manager, focusing on acquisitions and analysis of European telecommunications. Before that, they were a Product Manager at Telemach Slovenija in 2018, where they implemented new solutions in the telecommunications sector. Additionally, they worked as a Community Manager at 0xcert in 2018, promoting an open-source protocol for validating digital assets on the blockchain. In 2017, Primož was a Digital Product Development Expert at A1 Slovenija, working on various projects including blockchain in telecommunications. Primož also served as a Project Manager at Doctrina from 2015 to 2017, specializing in online education for pharmacists. Primož gained practical experience in project management and marketing as a member of the Management Group from 2015 to 2017. Lastly, they worked on project-based tasks at BIT-roots in 2017.

Primož Erjavec has a diverse education history. In 2009, they attended Srednja ekonomska šola Celje, where they studied Ekonomska gimnazija until 2014. In 2011, they briefly attended the Faculty of management Koper, focusing on Project Management. Primož then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business informatics at the Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences from 2015 to 2018. Simultaneously, in 2017, they completed the BusinessClass® - Certified Programme, specializing in Organizational Leadership. In 2018, they embarked on two Master's degree programs. First, at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, they pursued a Master's degree in Business informatics, which they are currently working on. Second, they enrolled at 42 Silicon Valley, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering for one year.
