Pranitha Dawlal

Pranitha Dawlal is a microbiology professional with extensive experience in both industry and research environments. Currently serving as Microbiology Manager and Specialist Microbiologist at Deltamune since August 2022, Pranitha has focused on optimizing bacterial antigen production through literature reviews, the evaluation of growth supplements, and the mentorship of fermentation technologists. Prior experience at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) from June 2008 to August 2020 included roles as Senior Researcher and Laboratory Manager, where Pranitha planned and executed microbiological testing of food samples and conducted HPLC analysis. Pranitha's academic background includes a PhD and MSc in Microbiology from the University of Pretoria, reinforcing a strong foundation in the field.
