Jedd Chau

Jedd Chau has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jedd started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at China Bank PH in 2007, where they were responsible for network hardware programming and phone installation. Jedd then joined Accenture in 2010 as a Network Voice Engineer, where they handled network infrastructure planning and troubleshooting. In 2011, Jedd moved to Deltapath, where they held various roles including Associate Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, Customer Support Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior Solutions Architect. In these positions, they performed a range of tasks such as testing software, managing customer support incidents, and leading client engagements.
