Elena (Nena) Vandebroek is a seasoned Coastal Engineer and Forecasting Specialist at Deltares since April 2017, where responsibilities include developing real-time coastal flood forecasting systems, conducting coastal risk assessments, and optimizing measurement networks through GIS analysis.
