Alonzo Bonilla

Alonzo Bonilla has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Alonzo started their career in 1998 as an IT Support role at Portell Novelli, where they oversaw computer station administration, troubleshooting, network administration, and internal application development.

Alonzo then moved on to InetSoftware in 2004, where they worked as a Software Developer. Their main responsibilities included designing and developing casino solutions and leading a production technical team.

In 2005, Alonzo joined La Jolla Gaming as a Product Manager. Alonzo played a key role in creating touch screen and mobile application prototypes, overseeing implementation, and saving budget costs.

From 2008 to 2013, Alonzo co-founded and managed Solid Systems, a near-shore software development shop based in Costa Rica. Alonzo was responsible for building and managing the company, determining business requirements, and acting as an account and project manager.

Alonzo then transitioned to Search Technologies in 2010 as a Senior Technical Consultant. Alonzo focused on release management, team management, and architecture planning for enterprise search solutions.

In 2013, they became the Director of Technology at The Garage Team Mazda. Alonzo managed technical strategy, software design, and development for enterprise digital solutions for automobile customers in North America.

Alonzo joined SapientRazorfish in 2014 as a Technology Director, responsible for leading a complete full redesign of an enterprise digital solution for an automotive client and building scalable software solutions.

In 2018, Alonzo became the VP, Group Technology Director at RPA. Alonzo led the technology department in implementing and supporting digital experiences for multiple accounts, including a large automotive client.

In 2019, Alonzo joined Stellar Agency as the Director of Technology. Alonzo provided leadership, client engagement, and business development for the agency, including implementing websites, designing integrated platforms, and managing cloud-based hosting.
