Adam Emery

Adam Emery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Customer Success at Deltek since April 2013, Adam has successfully integrated multiple software support teams to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles at Deltek include Director of Customer Care and Manager of Support Services, where Adam demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and team leadership. Earlier in a managerial role at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Adam progressed through various positions to become General Manager, overseeing a high-revenue location. Adam's career also includes experience as an HRIS Database Administrator at MBCR. Adam holds a BA in English Literature from Beloit College.
