Alex Guinto

Alex Guinto is a Senior Ops Specialist at Deltek since April 2022, focusing on content management and enablement for channel solutions partners while enhancing collaboration between sales groups. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Lead Specialist II, Instructional Design at Emerson, where responsibilities included designing and facilitating engaging training materials based on adult learning principles. Alex has extensive experience in learning and development, having also worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at White & Case LLP and as a Sourcing Specialist in multiple organizations, including Alexander Mann Solutions and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rizal Technological University, completed in 2010.
