Ava Paalan

Ava Paalan is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Client Success Manager at Deltek since August 2021, Ava oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and driving SaaS adoption. Prior to Deltek, Ava held various roles at Sterling from February 2016 to August 2021, including Client Success Manager and Senior Client Service Executive, where responsibilities included managing customer background screening programs and mentoring teams. Earlier career experiences at Citi and Dell Technologies provided a strong foundation in customer service, along with a degree in Computer Science from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
