Doug Adams

Doug Adams is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Deltek since January 2025. Prior to this role, Doug held multiple positions at Serco from April 2020 to December 2024, including Trustee of the Serco People Fund, which provides financial assistance to colleagues facing extraordinary challenges, and Vice President & Associate General Counsel. Experience at MicroStrategy from April 2006 to April 2020 involved responsibilities in labor and employment, litigation, investigations, corporate governance, and risk management, where Doug also served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel. Doug initiated a legal career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Littler, holding associate positions from November 2003 to November 2003 and September 2000 to November 2003, respectively. Doug completed a Bachelor of Arts at Georgetown University and is currently pursuing studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, starting in 2023.
