James Pacana

James Pacana has over 15 years of experience in customer success and client development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Deltek since April 2011, James has progressed through roles including Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Account Manager in Client Services. Prior to Deltek, James worked at FedSources as a Client Development Executive and Market Intelligence Analyst from May 2007 to April 2011. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Operations Representative at Citigroup from July 2002 to May 2007. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, earned in 2002.
