James Rice

James (Jim) Rice is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in database management and cloud delivery, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Cloud Delivery team at Deltek since March 2022. Previously, James held positions as Database Manager at Santander Bank and Director of Database Services at RealPage, where James (Jim) led substantial teams and oversaw extensive database operations, achieving high uptime and compliance standards. With significant experience across multiple companies, including Aventura Technologies and Rockwell Automation, James has demonstrated expertise in database administration, operational management, and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. James holds a BS in Management from Park College and two associate degrees in Management Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
