Kirsten (Geddes) Herd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and implementation within the technology sector. At Deltek since February 2016, Kirsten has progressed from Manager to Senior Director in Delivery, innovating consulting delivery methods and managing teams to achieve revenue and margin goals. Prior to Deltek, Kirsten held various management positions at HRsmart, ensuring high-quality implementation services across North America and successfully leading significant client projects. Additionally, experience as an Account Manager at Talent Technology Corporation involved maintaining client satisfaction for over 100 accounts, and early career roles included lead researcher and recruiter at Armitage Associates. Kirsten holds a BA in Criminology from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Employment from the Institute of Social Studies.
