Laura Bresnahan

Laura Meschter Bresnahan has extensive experience in customer success and account management across multiple industries. Currently, at Deltek since December 2016, Laura holds the position of Team Lead and Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic accounts, previously serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Deltek, Laura worked at Hinge as a Customer Success Manager and Account Executive/Project Manager, managing consulting and marketing projects. Laura's career also includes experience at Fraser Wallace Advertising as an Account Executive, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and roles in public relations at Dr. Karl Smith and as an Assistant Account Executive at Golin Harris, where responsibilities included supporting high-profile clients such as McDonald's. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University and has further educational qualifications from East Carolina University.
