Liway Obligacion

Liway Obligacion, Dip IR, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment operations, currently serving as the EMEA and APAC Recruitment Operations Manager at Deltek since January 2019. Prior roles at Deltek include EMEA and APAC Recruitment Operations Team Lead and Senior Human Resources Specialist.
