Michelle Morales is a seasoned human resources professional with over 16 years of experience in various industries, holding multiple certifications including RPm, MIR, CHRBP, CHRP®, CMC®, and CLSSYB. Currently, Michelle serves as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at Deltek while continuing to freelance as an HR consultant and trainer. Michelle co-founded the training business Leading With Success, aimed at fostering a high-performing environment and resilient culture in organizations. Additionally, Michelle has actively contributed to the HR community as a Board Member of ASEAN HR Leaders Circle Philippines and previously served as VP for Internal of the Philippines HR Group. Educated at prestigious institutions such as the University of the Philippines, Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Master's in Clinical Psychology.
