Rachel Doherty

Rachel Doherty, MBA, PhD, serves as the Senior Manager of Federal Market Intelligence at Deltek since August 2010, overseeing multiple programs including Quality Control for Defense and Civilian sectors and the GovWin Government Community. Prior experience includes managerial roles in federal market intelligence and business development across various organizations, including CS, Inc., South Korea as a market intelligence contractor, and R.A./iCMG, Inc. Additionally, Rachel held strategic marketing positions at Verizon and LandAmerica Financial Group. An accomplished academic, Rachel holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, an MBA from Strayer University, and dual bachelor's degrees from Saint Augustine’s University and Campbell University.
