Stacy Millena Javier

Stacy Millena Javier has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Stacy is currently a Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager at Deltek, where they oversee the success of customers on the GovWin IQ platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Deltek as well.

Before joining Deltek, Stacy worked at ServiceSource as a Strategic Renewals Account Manager for VMWare and as a Subject Matter Expert. Stacy also served as a Renewals Account Manager for VMWare and an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative for Hertz Philippines.

Additionally, Stacy held the position of Sales Marketing Manager at Poke & Go Travel and Tours. Stacy also worked at TELUS International Philippines, where they held various roles such as Operations Associate, Floor Walker/Subject Matter Expert, and Operations Associate Level 2.

Stacy's earlier experiences include working as a Customer Service Representative for Seasonal Account for Toys R' Us U.S at Sitel, and as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support for Comcast at STARTEK Philippines. Stacy began their career as a Sales Executive at Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation.

Stacy Millena Javier earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Manila Doctors College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have recently obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, covering topics such as time management, self-advocacy, emotional intelligence, presentation design, and professional development. These certifications were obtained in 2022.
