Teresa Leeth is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing enterprise applications and technology solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT Business Applications Engineering and Operations at Deltek since March 2022, Teresa oversees 75+ business applications and collaborates with leaders to align technology with organizational goals. Prior to Deltek, Teresa held the position of Director of Enterprise Applications at Triumph Group, driving complex project engagements and ensuring executive buy-in. Teresa's career at Occidental Petroleum Corporation spanned over 13 years in several roles, culminating as Senior IT Manager for Enterprise Systems, where responsibility included managing Microsoft applications and collaboration platforms. Teresa began her IT career at Frito-Lay | PepsiCo in progressively responsible roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT management. Teresa holds a BBA in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
