Esther Carter

Esther Carter has a diverse work experience with various companies. Esther joined Delterra in 2021 and currently holds the position of CEO Chief of Staff. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2021, an Associate from 2018 to 2019, and a Junior Associate from 2017 to 2018. Before McKinsey, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Qubit. from 2016 to 2017. At dunnhumby, Esther held multiple roles, including Client Manager - P&G from 2015 to 2016, Client Executive - P&G from 2014 to 2015, and Education Associate from 2013 to 2014.

Esther Carter completed their education at Barefoot Coaching Ltd, where they earned an ICF Accredited PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching. Prior to this, they attended the University of Oxford, where they studied Geography and Environmental Sciences. Esther also attended Bristol Grammar School, where they achieved exceptional A Levels grades, including A* in Maths, Geography, Economics, English Lit, and Further Maths.
