Laura Harjanto

Laura Harjanto is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in monitoring, evaluation, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Associate at Delterra since May 2022, Laura has successfully developed a multi-scenario quantitative model for waste management in Badung and coordinated a complex RfP process for expert consultants. Previous experience includes a research internship at the Migration Policy Institute, where Laura analyzed U.S. immigration policy, and as an Advocacy Specialist at the Christian Reformed Church in North America, where Laura authored reports and built collaborations with civil society organizations and government offices. Additionally, Laura led a team at Calvin University focused on internal organizational communications and held the position of Finance Chair for student organizations, managing significant budgets. Laura holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science (Honors) and Economics from Calvin University.
