DeLuca Homes – Over 50 Years of Experience
Details, designs, decisions…there are so many different elements to consider when buying a home. No builder understands this better than DeLuca Homes –– that’s because we remain a family-owned builder with decades of experience in making your dream home a reality. Over the years, DeLuca Homes has designed and built literally thousands of expertly crafted, attractively designed and beautifully engineered new homes in carefully planned communities.

By remaining a privately held company, our customer continues to be our top priority. From the beginning, we knew that the ultimate success of our company would depend on quality and craftsmanship. DeLuca Homes remains a company of both vision and principle, deeply ingrained and sustained over 43 successful years. Principle has taught us the importance of setting the highest standards for every home we build; such vision means we are able to provide homes that are beautiful and of enduring value.

Currently, DeLuca Homes builds a variety of new home styles including single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and active-adult housing; regional markets find us in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Today, our in-house capabilities cover land acquisition/development, architecture, construction, manufacturing, mortgage and title insurance. Bottom line: We focus on every step of the home building process to deliver the finest homes in the finest communities.
