Sanket Waghole

Sanket Waghole currently serves as the Assistant Manager - R & D at Delux Bearings Pvt. Ltd. since March 2021, overseeing research and development activities, establishing a new metrology lab and proto shop, and participating in new product development for bearing parts. Responsibilities include conducting supplier technical reviews, performing customer failure analyses and warranty assessments, and serving as an internal quality auditor for various ISO standards. Prior to this role, Sanket worked at NRB Bearings Limited as a Testing and Benchmarking Engineer, where primary duties encompassed managing the benchmarking metrology lab, training the quality assurance team, and conducting comprehensive quality assurance practices. An educational background includes a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT Polytechnic Nanded and additional studies at Indo-German Tool Room Aurangabad.
