Butch Bethke

Butch Bethke is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Director of IT Managed Services and Infrastructure Architecture at Deluxe since February 2012. In this role, Butch leads a team responsible for developing enterprise-level solutions that align with business requirements, contributing to Deluxe's reputation as a Trusted Business Technology™ company. Significant achievements include the successful implementation of a work-from-home solution for all employees during COVID-19, saving $3 million by transitioning to a hyper-converged platform for virtual desktop environments, and enhancing internal operations. Previously, Butch held various technical roles, including Senior Technical Analyst at RBC Wealth Management and Senior LAN/Network Administrator at Great River Energy. Additionally, Butch contributed to athletics as the Boys Varsity Head Coach and Girls JV/Varsity Assistant Coach at Forest Lake Senior High School, where a boys' volleyball program was established under Butch's direction.
