Dave Redfern

Dave Redfern has extensive experience in sales operations and management across various companies. Currently serving as Portfolio Operations Manager at Software Circle plc since November 2024 and as Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Non Profit & ISV Payments at Deluxe since June 2021, Dave is leading a significant project to integrate sales structures following a merger. Previously, at iATS Payments, Dave held roles as Senior Manager Sales Operations and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included providing performance insights and support to sales teams, particularly in the non-profit sector. Dave's career began in customer engagement roles at Grouse Mountain, progressing from Call Centre Representative to Sales Operations Manager. Early career experience includes working as Regional Business Development Manager at Printing.com, focusing on franchise recruitment and strategic support. Dave holds a degree from the University of Plymouth, earned from 1990 to 1995.
