Petra Ott

Petra Ott serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Deluxe, where responsibilities include business advisory and strategic leadership, as well as coaching and mentoring to support HR Enablement functions in line with company objectives. With extensive experience in various HR roles, including Director and Manager of Human Resources, Petra has contributed to workforce development and policy implementation across multiple international markets. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hostopia, and HR Manager roles at International Pool & Spa Centers and Jadaco Recreation Management. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Teaching and Training Adults from Georgian College and a Human Resources Certificate from Humber College, complemented by a BA in Teaching from Palacký University in Olomouc. Community involvement includes volunteering with the Township of Tiny and serving on the Board of Directors for the Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre.
