Scott Baxter

Scott Baxter is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in treasury management and payment solutions. Currently serving as a Treasury Management & Payments Sales Executive at Deluxe since September 2021, Scott previously held key roles at BMO Harris Bank, including Vice President of Treasury & Payment Advisors, where innovative consultative sales approaches were implemented to drive client engagement and exceed sales quotas. Additionally, Scott has a strong background in sales strategy and workforce effectiveness, having collaborated with senior executives across multiple business units. Prior experience includes Vice President positions at Citi and American Express, where significant market share growth was achieved and multiple sales performance awards were earned. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Global Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Colby College.
