Tina Phelps

Tina Phelps, PMP, currently serves as a Fellow at the Committee for Economic Development, contributing to public policy analysis and solutions. Tina's extensive experience includes roles at Deluxe as Executive Director of Product Development & Engineering and Technology Program Management, as well as Director of Product Delivery. Prior experience encompasses more than five years at Fiserv as Director of Program Management for the Enterprise Payments Platform, where Tina focused on client delivery and continuous improvement processes. Tina has also held senior project management positions at MedQuest Associates, overseeing IT infrastructure projects and collaborating across various departments. Tina earned a BA in Speech and Communications from Clemson University and has consistently demonstrated leadership in project management and professional services throughout a diverse career.
