Cathy Carl

Cathy Carl is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Delve since January 2025, Cathy previously held a Senior Director role at ServiceNow and worked as a marketing consultant. Notably, during a tenure at Facebook from January 2019 to February 2022, Cathy was instrumental in the founding marketing team for Meta Financial Technologies. As Chief Marketing Officer at Essence from March 2014 to August 2018, Cathy reported to the CEO and significantly enhanced the company's global profile.
